The venue is located within the Paramount Hotel Dubai building complex in the Business Bay district. The production combines traditional lounge jazz with energetic Cuban musical styles over a multi-hour presentation. The establishment features styling inspired by hidden Hollywood 1920s speakeasies. Guests are accommodated at tables or bar seating areas where they receive a set allotment of selected house beverages.
